Dr. Gary J. Collins, M.D., P.T.,   1965 – 2008

A Cum Laude graduate from Bowling Green State University, and a graduate of the Medical University of Ohio, Dr. Collins specialized in performing interventional pain procedures at Parkway Neuroscience.

He served over 12 years on active duty with the U.S. Army and was the recipient of multiple military and teaching awards.

He will be greatly missed
