Dr. Sullivan completed his undergraduate studies at Harvard University earning his AB degree in Physical Sciences. He went on to pursue his D.O. degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific and completed his residency at the University of Virginia. Dr. Sullivan is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with additional board certification in Spinal Cord Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. He is also a certified traumatic brain injury specialist. Dr. Sullivan has extensive experience coaching and as a sports medicine/team physician.
