Leslie S. Foster D.O., is a graduate of Siena College and a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.  Dr. Foster completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC).  He currently holds medical specialty board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is fellowship trained in Pediatric Rehabilitation.  Dr. Foster is currently doing an Interventional Pain Fellowship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.  Doctor Foster is trained in Medical Acupuncture, Osteopathic Manipulation, Prolotherapy and has written several published articles on Botulinum Toxin for musculoskeletal pain. He has served 16 years on active duty with the U.S. Army and has staffed PM&R residents in the Outpatient Clinic at Walter Reed Army Medical Center for the last 11 years.  He is the recipient of multiple military and teaching awards in his tenure at WRAMC
