Dr. Freimuth is originally from New Holland, Pennsylvania in Lancaster County. Dr. Freimuth received a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise physiology from West Virginia University. While attending West Virginia University, he became a certified athletic trainer working with the Football, Men’s Basketball, Baseball, Wrestling and Tennis teams. He completed a Master of Science degree in exercise science from Northern Illinois University where he simultaneously worked with a group of orthopedic surgeons assisting with surgery and in-office patient care. At National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois, Dr. Freimuth earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2002. In addition, Dr. Freimuth is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, helps with injured gymnasts at 4Star Athletic Complex, is on the Hagerstown Community College Sports Medicine Staff, and treats many local high school athletes. Dr. Freimuth incorporates the most recent advances in chiropractic care and works with the physical therapists and physicians to develop the most comprehensive treatment plan for his patients.
Dr. Freimuth is married to Georgeann Freimuth , a registered dietitian. They have three children. He enjoys staying active with his family and coaching various sports in his free time.
