Dr. Radley has more than 18 years of experience in the field of neurological surgery. He began his career in this field with a six-year residency at the University of Rochester. After completing his residency in 1994, Dr. Radley went into private practice with Neurosurgical Specialists, LLC, in Hagerstown, Md.

Dr. Radley received his M.D. with honors from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in 1988. He became board certified in November 1998. Dr. Radley is a member of the American Association of Neurosurgeons, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, the North American Spine Society, the Faculty of the American College of Surgeons, and the Maryland State Neurosurgical Society.
